The current invention relates to a video gaming device, and especially, to a video gaming terminal having button panels for showing the playing cards to the participant. The information on the button panels, which is displayed by means of the screen, can be changed as the playing cards are drawn, or as a result of some other action.
In a particular type of game, the players are required to have some knowledge of the game, or at least a basic level of knowledge, in order to participate. If the players do not know how to play the game they are playing, there will be no point in them being able to participate. A video gaming terminal has to be able to provide the participant with a suitable game that he can learn from. There are many games available online, but there are no real casinos, and consequently, these games cannot give participants an opportunity to learn from experience, although they can be extremely entertaining and exciting to watch. The video game is a series of cards, which are shown to the participant on the screen. These cards are dealt out, and the participant has to choose his hands before seeing if he has won the game. In case the player bets the betting amount is based on the odds that are shown on the playing field, and so the player must either bet enough money to cover the odds or else, he must stand down, as there is no betting money left.
Some poker terminals come with special buttons, which enable the participant to change the playing field, as well as to change the playing cards, according to his wishes. This permits the player to change from one game to another at will. It is very important that one can change the playing field at will, or otherwise, for any number of games at once, as it makes it impossible to get a good estimate of the odds, as well as to play all the games at once. The player is then able to start playing in a different field from the one he was in when he was betting on the one he was in.
